Refund Policy

Subscriptions

MenuLynx subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, on a 1-year term). Once a billing period has started and payment has been processed, that payment is non-refundable.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 1-week free trial with full access to all features — no card required. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancellations

If you no longer wish to subscribe, contact us at any time and we will:

• Cancel your subscription so no further charges are made.
• Delete your digital menu and all associated data.

Your menu will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is deleted promptly.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately and we will investigate. We handle every case individually and fairly.
