MenuLynx
For chains and franchises

A digital menu for coffee chains and franchises, with a QR for every branch

One master menu for the whole brand, with prices and availability set per branch. Every branch gets its own QR code, its own page and its own presence on Google.

For coffee chains, restaurant groups and franchise networks in Greece and Cyprus

How it works

One QR menu for many branches, not many menus

Whether you run your own chain or a franchise network, the QR menu works the same way: head office stays in control and each branch only sets what makes it different.

  1. 01

One master menu for the whole brand

Build the menu once. A new item, a new photo or a corrected description reaches every branch with a single change.

  2. 02

    Prices and availability per branch

Where you need to, set a different price for one branch. If something sells out, switch it off there only, and hide whatever a branch doesn't sell with "Not sold here". Other branches are not affected.

  3. 03

A QR code for every branch

Each branch has its own link, such as brand.menulynx.com/glyfada, and its own QR code. Guests scan it and see the menu, prices and opening hours of the branch they are in.

  4. 04

A brand page with a branch picker

Your brand's main address lists every branch: which ones are open now, which is nearest, and a search by name or address. Returning guests find their last branch waiting for them.

  5. 05

    Every branch on Google

Each branch has its own page, open to search engines, with its address, opening hours and prices in structured data. Someone searching for your brand plus a neighbourhood can land straight on the right branch.

  6. 06

New branches from head office, any time

Head office adds a new branch from the dashboard without waiting for us. As soon as it is saved, its link and QR code work and it appears on the brand page.

FAQ

Questions chains ask us

Email us or message us on WhatsApp — we're happy to help.

Can each branch have different prices?

Yes. The master price applies everywhere unless you set a different one for a specific branch — for example, a higher price at a branch in a tourist area or at an airport. The change shows up on that branch's menu straight away, with no republishing. To go back to the master price, reset it with one click.

What if a branch doesn't sell an item?

You have two options, for that branch only. If the item has sold out, switch it off and it drops off that branch's menu until you switch it back on. If the branch never serves it, choose "Not sold here" and it won't appear there at all. Every other branch keeps showing it as normal.

How do we print the QR codes for our branches?

From the dashboard you download each branch's QR code as a high-resolution PNG or as an SVG ready for the print shop. There is also a QR code for the brand page, which opens the branch picker. Print them on table tents, stickers or the wooden QR cubes we offer. A branch's link never changes, so printed QR codes keep working however often you change the menu.

How do we add a new branch?

From the Branches page in the dashboard. Fill in the name, address, phone and opening hours and, if you like, upload a photo or video for the branch. As soon as you save, the new branch's link and QR code work and it appears on the brand page. You don't need to tell us. A seasonal branch can be switched off for the winter and back on next season.

We have branches in Cyprus too. Is that supported?

Yes. Branches in Cyprus work exactly like those in Greece: the same menu in Greek and English, prices in euro, and opening hours with the "Open" status work correctly because Greece and Cyprus share a time zone. Each branch page carries the right address and country in the structured data Google reads.

What does each branch look like on Google?

Each branch has its own page, e.g. brand.menulynx.com/glyfada, with its own title and description, plus its address, phone, opening hours and menu prices in structured data (schema.org). Every active branch is listed in the brand's sitemap. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google, but each branch has what it needs to show up on its own when someone searches for your brand plus a neighbourhood. We also recommend adding each branch's menu link to its Google Business Profile.
