What data we collect

• Account data — your shop name, contact name, and email address, provided when you register.
• Menu content — items, prices, photos, descriptions, and theme settings you enter in the dashboard.
• Usage data — standard server logs (request timestamps, IP addresses, pages visited) to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

• To host and serve your menu at <shop>.menulynx.com.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.
• To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.

Your customers

MenuLynx menu pages do not require customers to log in or provide any personal information. We do not set tracking cookies on menu pages. The only data collected from visitors is standard HTTP server logs (IP, browser, page path) retained briefly for security purposes.

GDPR

MenuLynx serves restaurants in the EU (primarily Greece) and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. As a data processor, we act on your instructions and maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. You as the controller are responsible for the lawful processing of any customer data you enter into the system.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data. Send a request to nx2development@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
