Terms of Use

The short version

• MenuLynx is a hosted SaaS — we run the infrastructure, you manage your menu.
• You pay monthly, on a 1-year term. No hidden fees.
• You may not use the service for illegal content.
• You can cancel at any time.

1. Account

You must be 18 or older or represent a business entity. You are responsible for your account credentials.

2. Subscription and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and billed in euros. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store card details. Subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to breach the security of the platform or other accounts.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written consent.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (menu items, photos, text). You grant us a licence to host and display it on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we strive for high availability.

6. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

MenuLynx and its software are the property of Nx2 Development. We do not grant rights beyond those required to use the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
